About Bones IN Jars

Bones In Jars, located at 121 Front Street, Beaver Dam, WI, houses art that doesn’t quite fit elsewhere, but wants to stay close to home. The storefront-studio is a small space for local artists with a flair for the odd and unique to display and sell their work.

Check out the current guest artists here!

Bones In Jars also offers monthly classes/workshops to give anyone interested a chance to try out various art forms such as bug pinning/display, resin jewelry making, collage, and more. The space is small so classes are limited to up to 3 people, but folks can schedule one-on-one sessions as well by reaching out through email or dms on Instagram or Facebook!

There are a few other spaces in the building Bones In Jars is located in, which Wesley hopes will attract more artists who could use a little studio space. Anyone interested can reach out to bonesinjars@gmail.com to be put in touch with the nice folks Bones In Jars rents from.

Currently, all money made through items sold at Bones In Jars goes into a business savings account in hopes of being able to stay open another year. If you’d like to support Bones In Jars in person, stop by Thursday-Sunday 10:00 AM -6:00 PM to check out the storefront-studio. If you’d like to support digitally, check out the online shop or explore the Patreon for access to behind-the-scenes content for a monthly subscription fee as low as $5!

Wesley Kratz-Gullickson, the owner and operator, can be found utilizing the studio portion of the space while running the shop four days a week. He’s always excited to chat about art, horror, or answer any questions you have about Bones In Jars.
